The spot was created by James as part of a multi spot deal for another customer. It was not a standalone spot that was otherwise available for purchase.

James created it specifically for that customer, and before he was able to complete the purchase, you purchased the spot instead.

As shown in the replay, that customer had first rights to the spot because it was created as part of his deal.

After reviewing the replay, it appeared that this was acknowledged in the chat at the time. Had the spot not already been part of another customer's pending deal, the spot would have remained yours.

Once we realized what had happened, we promptly issued a full refund to you.

We work with established suppliers who source a high volume of cards from across the secondary market, including platforms like eBay, card shows, and individual sellers. Because of how the hobby operates, cards often change hands multiple times before reaching their final destination.

We want to be clear that we would never knowingly purchase, sell, or include stolen cards in any product. We take this matter seriously and are reviewing the situation.

I’ve yet to see a fact-based argument showing how breakers are “ruining the hobby.”

Most of the criticism is opinion-driven, not supported by data.

And blaming breakers for product prices going up ignores reality. Manufacturers set MSRP and print runs… demand does the rest.
