@KirstieMAllsopp Got an almost 2 year old and has had an iPad during a meal once. He had hand foot and mouth and have eaten for 4 days. Put his favourite film on and he was relaxed enough to eat. Never again. He asked and was told no. Not asked again

@virginmedia So you want me to ask people within the customer base? Is that a joke? Why can’t I speak with someone who works for Virgin media? Or better yet send an engineer to either repair or remove your product

@virginmedia They then asked me to get on the internet to check my speeds. They didn’t understand I cannot get on thr internet to test my internet because I cannot get into the internet because it’s not working. Your service is absolutely shocking
@virginmedia Back in 2020 after many issues your team split the router to 2.4 and 5.0. Over the last 2 years we’ve had constant connection issues and had our cabling re done many many times, yet still nothing has been solved. Your last engineer did something to the router.
@virginmedia This mean it was no longer split. We cannot get wifi unless we are in the same room. And your Indian call centre refused to listen to me when I said I need to router re split. They got me to do a factory reset which has done nothing. I’m going to cancel payment until it’s fixed
