A wild situation involving current and former #Eagles players is unfolding. Jalen Carter, Nakobe Dean and Terrell Edmunds were reportedly among the NFL players who lost money in an alleged e-commerce investment scheme linked to former Cardinals GM Steve Keim and his business associate Mohamed Coulibaly.

Now, Coulibaly has reportedly been found dead at just 24 years old as questions surrounding the alleged scheme continue.

Practice report:

• Lot of short passes from Jaxson Dart today while they were drilling a lot of third/fourth and short/medium ... until the final period. The offense was trailing by 14 points with 7:55 remaining in the fourth quarter in the situation. That provided a learning opportunity for rookie corner Colton Hood, who bit on a pump fake and allowed Darius Slayton to get open behind him for a long touchdown.

• The second-team offense's drive came to an end when rookie RB Damon Bankston fumbled on fourth-and-1 and DL Marlon Davidson recovered.

• The third-team offense's drive came to a premature end after Jalin Hyatt's right ankle was rolled up by LB Darius Muasua's diving tackle attempt. Harbaugh said Hyatt seemed to be OK, but will undergo further examination. Harbaugh (and every coach) doesn't want players laying out for tackles to avoid those types of collisions.

• Patrick Ricard and Arvell Reese are the hammers on each side of the ball. They met with a violent collision in a 9-on-7 drill today that Ricard got the better of.

• Hood, Paulson Adebo and Deonte Banks had a three-way rotation with the two outside corner spots on the first-team defense with Greg Newsome sidelined by a knee injury that Harbaugh indicated is minor. Adebo intercepted an under-thrown fade from Jameis Winston while playing with the first-team defense against the second-team offense.

Winston responded with a perfect deep pass up the seam to tight end Thomas Fidone, who made a tough catch between Hood and Jevon Holland. Fidone's hands have really flashed lately. He garnered a low five from Harbaugh after snagging a bullet from Winston in a 7-on-7 period in Saturday's practice.

• There was more mixing and matching with the backup offensive lines today. Rookie JC Davis got all of the second-team reps at LT for the first time with Marcus Mbow kicking over to RT. Josh Ezeudu slid into RG after spending the first 10 practices exclusively at RT. Aaron Stinnie and Daniel Faalele alternated at LG with Jake Kubas stepping at center.
