@KelleyKga Sure, and this is a business model that I think could do well, but it doesn't take much effort and anyone can do it
The trick is to figure out how to implement technology into the equation while not being overbearing and keeping privacy at the forefront
@richmacleod Probably found out that it's easier and more lucrative to make podcasts from his basement or country club than travelling with a team for 8-months of the year
I bet he knows baseball but his personality also doesn't seem to be a good fit for MLB. He comes across as a know it all
@disneyglimpses If what you're saying is the full reason, then there are better solutions
Charge for parking and get it validated by any of the shops within Disney Springs.
Maybe $10 per car and require at least a $10 purchase for validation
@La_SemiYA_dl_VD It's not the steel they're worried about... it's the expansion joints. They can expand so much that it forces the joints to have zero gap and eventually buckle
@StevenACohen2@01Starblazer@StevenACohen2, did you even look at the picture that the OP posted? Every single person in that picture has a smile on their face or is clapping
If you consider smiling and clapping complaining, then you have to get yourself checked
@benz145 Small-scale Chinese companies are ramping up memory production very quickly (like faster than most thought possible)
They will flood the market with cheap memory and prices will drop like a stone
Think of it as the lab-grown diamond analogy
@TheEXECUTlONER_ In slow motion, it looks like the fielder steps on the bag first and then tags the runner (really close but that's what I see)
Once that fielder steps on the base, it takes the force away from the runner and he can possess the bag. And if he is on the bag when tagged, he's safe
@jeremyct Nobody on a fixed income should be owning a house. You have to be either employed or heavily invested, otherwise inflation will erode away at any future you thought you had
@VladTheInflator Locked-in low rate mortgages and companies are not hiring (no relocation). The post-covid migration has ended
Housing sales should be low right now, but what I can't understand is why you think prices should drop. People still have jobs and can afford their 3% mortgages
@SleeperMets@TheAthletic Buck Showalter held higher standards. The players didn't like it, but the team went out there and played to their abilities
Bring in Mendoza, who you can tell lets the players do whatever they want with zero accountability, and you end up with 10 different team cultures
@SleeperMets@TheAthletic This is like parenting or managing. If you let them do whatever they want, zero accountability, things are great
Insert actual mentoring, coaching, and accountability and people feel like they are controlled
One way builds better teams, the other makes you likeable
