Isnt JD vance a christian man 1st?
Apparently not, only christian when its beneficial, when its easy, when it doesnt hurt.
@ButtStoolSports@ModernInvest@coinfessions How do u find renters for multiple properties before the mortgage is due? Don't u have to vet the tenants? How difficult and time consuming would that be before the 1st payments are due?
@ModernInvest@coinfessions Buy multiple properties? Ok what happenes when the mortgage comes due 30-45 days after closing on multiple properties? How r u gonna party? Property was the play for our parents, not for us.
@MoonLamboio This is meant to wrong foot the market yet again. 12.5 will come and go much faster than they ate letting on. XRP has never gone up in price year over year, EVER
@stoolpresidente When did decentralized go from meaning, having no one entity control and manipulate the network to, independent of the US dollar and non regulated? 🤣🤣 ur a 🤡 Dave
@therealpochito @P_Kallioniemi The management of public perception in real-time. Even Orwell wouldn't believe how accuracy his predictions were. Or would he? 🤔
@therealpochito @thinkingcrypto I agree trust is a big factor. The FDIC insurance factors heavily into it, and that's what most boomers I know are concerned about. Once a name boomers can trust offer stable coin yields in excess of 4.5% there will be a massive shift.
@therealpochito @thinkingcrypto I'd argue even though the opportunity exists for higher yield than your bank, most people wouldn't take advantage. The proof is the fact that they are not taking advantage now when the opportunity for 4.6% exists today. So I maintain my argument, this is for the bond market
@thinkingcrypto Banks do offer high interest account and theres really no barrier to entry with those accounts, so I wouldn't say it's to protect banks. I would say it's to protect the bond market. If I could get the same yield on stables that I get on T-bills, why would I want T-bills?
