@VerizonSupport UPDATE sneaking a call while at work... I finally got a rep, after 3 months, who listened and made magical things happen to get the bill down to what we paid with at&t and restored what we had with them too. Kids can now hotspot their laptops to do school work again!

I don't have all day on the phone w/CS, I, like 1000000+ work. YOU said if we moved back to Verizon YOU'D match our current bill or make it better. Everything LOOKED great until after the promo credits. Now we pay way more for less & @Verizon refuses to fix it or undo it.

So sad. A Walmart near here was like that before they eventually closed. Glass cases in so many aisles. They even had underwear locked up.

My son broke his arm today so I took him out for ice cream and said he could get a LEGO set and we could build it together.

We went to Walmart.

Every single LEGO set, even ones that were $7.99, were locked up behind glass.

We walked down another isle… same thing.

Every single week I have walked in here and more items are locked up behind glass and it takes FOREVER to have anyone help you open something and they make you feel awful for it.

It’s honestly barely worth shopping here at all…

I felt so bad for my kid. We ended up just leaving without a LEGO set.

Whatever we are doing with society that has brought us here… it’s gotta end.

This is insane and it’s destroying childhood.
