@Verizon @VerizonSupport update... No, they didn’t fix the problem, I'm questioning the bar for higher tech support. They closed my ticket without fixing it again tho. I paid for the @GooglePlay pass "included in my account free" and they reimbursed me. Flimsy bandaid.

@Sradz113 @ATTHelp @TMobile @Verizon I've been battling with Verizon for 3 years for an issue with my "free play pass" someone has been calling me back and fixing the problem for 3 years. I posted about it on their community page and it was removed. Verizon is shady too.

The saga continues... I found people on @Verizon community with the same problem but they disappeared & my post was removed for mentioning it could be litigious. No 1 returns calls & today my rep said to uninstall and reinstall Google play store. @GooglePlay is this the solution?
