P4 KP Trip to The Northern Ireland War Memorial Museum
Mr Platt's children learnt lots of information about life during the Second World War during their trip. They got to observe artefacts from the war and dress up in costumes from the time.

Grand Opening of The Grow Zone
We had a fantastic morning celebrating the opening of The Grow Zone, including Leaf and Learn, The Nature Nook and The Play Patch. Dame Mary Peters cut the ribbon to mark this brilliant new addition to the campus.
P7s Queen's Archaeology Day
P7s travelled to Queen's University to learn about being archaeologists. They explored fossils from over 6000 years ago and got to map out an excavation site.
Friendship Four Tournament
Congratulations to our girls who won the Finaghy Friendship Four Tournament for the second year. Our boys played really well but just missed out getting into the final after a tough penalty shoot out defeat.
Car Boot Sale
Thank you to all who came to support our first ever Car Boot Sale and fun morning on Saturday. There was a great buzz around school and everyone enjoyed browsing the stalls, inflatables and tasty treats. Even the rain didn't dampen spirits!
P3 Butterflies
P3s have been observing up close changes during the life cycle of a butterfly. They had a magical experience releasing the butterflies today.
P7 Boxing Sessions
The P7 children had a session with a boxing coach in school.
They were taught how to use the pads and gloves to jab. They even got a little bit of conditioning in the sun!
P3s Visit Mount Stewart
The P3 children had great fun on their visit to Mount Stewart today. They enjoyed exploring the house and experiencing the life of a Victorian child by dressing up and playing Victorian games.
Car Boot Sale
Come along this Saturday and browse for a bargain, enjoy the inflatables and other fun activities or enjoy some tasty treats. We're open from 10.00am to 12.00 noon.
PTA Meeting
Here is a reminder about tomorrow night's PTA meeting at 6.30pm in the staff room. It would be great to see a good turnout of parents. Everyone is welcome.

Sports Day House Winners
Congratulations to everyone in Dixon House who won the Sports Day Cup! The cup was lifted by Zac and Myles, House Captain and Vice Captain.
Cross Country Success
Well done to P7 pupil Prame, who recently won the Cross Country finals for Belfast. He showed great perseverance and determination during a tough race. We are all proud of you!
