@AGramuglia Donald is supposed to have 4 fingers on each hand, Goofy's shoes aren't supposed to have a middle strap, all the chains end up melting, Donald's tongue isn't fully formed, Sora's shoe bottom doesn't have crowns, Goofy's glove cuff missing the red strap, typical gen ai yellowing
@arvalis@KINGDOMHEARTS Same reason sora's chains are melting, and his hand is stretching, and the characters are yellowed, and the buildings are kinda wonky, and Goofy's shoes don't match up: Big Company can't afford an artist so they got a slop machine to do it.
@GamesCage_ Still means that concept artists were skimped out on. Taking inspiration and reference from gen ai slop begets more slop. And AI is already a huge environmental threat. Water pollution, work theft, the huge power consumption like never before. Any gen AI use is inexcusable.
@El_Escapista_ @Fresherluke Hi there, person with a BA in Animation here! Animation gets priced differently depending on who is making it as well as what kind of proyect it is. Studios usually go for the pay-per-project route, however, individual animators (from what I was taught) go for per-second pricing
