There's no wrong way to work this business.

It's lead driven. If you have people to talk to, people to see, and you do the work, you're going to win.

Field or phones?

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

Elijah L. transitioned from field sales to the phone.

4 apps.
$5,134 AP.

The number is cool. The leverage is the real story.

AP = annualized premium production, not income. Results vary.

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

"One way to get there, right?"

Golf cart and good people yesterday morning. Who you ride with matters as much as where you're going.

Who are you rolling with this week?

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

Collaboration happens at the top. Competition happens at the bottom.

Get in rooms where people are winning. The conversations are different, and so is what you believe is possible.

What room are you getting into next?

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

Every dial today is a tree. Most people quit before the shade shows up.

What are you planting this week?

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

Old school work ethic.
New school leverage.

The people who have both are going to be dangerous.

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

$11,840 AP last week. Three months into sales.

I asked Nick G. for his secret.

"I wish there was one. It's consistency."

Seven days. Works till 9 or 10 at night.

Results not typical. Individual results vary.

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

"I didn't fill anything out."

They did. Don't argue it.

"No problem, I get that all the time. Was this for just you, or you and a spouse?"

Back to questions. Master the first 90 seconds or this business gets hard.

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

There is no best lead.

There are channels with different economics.

The advantage is running more than one and knowing the math on each.

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

24 assisted closes in one week. One closer, one red button.

New agents get paid while they learn.

Would you use it?

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

Two activities make you money in this business.

Dialing. Knocking.

Everything else just feels like work.

How much of your day goes to the two that pay?

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

Got on a plane to work on me.

Not a sales trip. Best investment this year.

When's the last time you invested in you?

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

Last week a dozen of our agents drove four and five hours to sit in a room together. Dinner ran four hours.

Collaboration happens at the top.

Where's the next room you're getting into?

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

Get in the room.

Every time I do, I leave better.

Proximity is a strategy.

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

This room changed how I lead.

Better human being first. Better leader second. In that order.

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

The calls you didn't close are the tuition. Quitting is the only way to waste it.

What did your last miss teach you?

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

Some people wait until it's proven.

Others help build it.

We're still early. DM me SCALE.

No earnings are promised or guaranteed. Individual results vary.

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

Growth starts where comfort ends.

Two days of hard questions about myself. Came to be a better leader. Starts with being a better human.

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

Early in my career a family kept rescheduling on me. Three months later I stopped by the house.

The husband came to the door. "She died last night. We don't have any way to bury her."

That drive home is why I push harder every time I sit with a family.

[Adam Hale @FinalExpense01]

The work nobody posts.

Day two of 48 with Rocky Garza. Identity work. Who you are, not who you say you are.

Learning a lot to be a better human for my family, my career and my team. Excited.
