The Dodgers led all four NLCS games. They won none.
Game 3: a seven-pitch walk, an 11-pitch homer, then a two-pitch homer. Twenty pitches. Three runs. No outs.

41 first-half points. Three after halftime. Across the same three games.
The Eagles’ late collapse in London was dramatic. The warning signs were already there.

Just bought a new PC to help make better videos for Final Measure! It’s expected to arrive Sunday, so I’m holding off on the next video until I have it set up. Appreciate everyone who’s checked out the first two!
@MLB@Dodgers The Dodgers are obviously elite, but it’s hard not to roll your eyes when they can just keep throwing money at every weakness until the roster is stacked top to bottom. Great front office, no doubt — but spending power this extreme definitely lowers the margin for error.
That’s fair. Four games isn’t enough to erase the inconsistency we’ve seen from Bryce. What’s encouraging is how he’s playing better though — quicker decisions, fewer negative plays and more willingness to attack downfield. If those improvements hold once defenses adjust, then the breakout conversation gets a lot more interesting.
@espn@MLB Dubón is exactly the type of player that becomes so valuable in October. Can move all over the field defensively, puts the ball in play and gives you quality at-bats without needing the offense built around him. Every contender needs guys like this.
@JustBB_Media Only 39% of first-inning ABS challenges failed this season, so burning one that early is especially rough. I’d be interested to see the actual win rate for teams after losing a challenge in the 1st — feels like the kind of small edge that could matter a lot in October.
@MLB 6 strikeouts through 2 innings against this Dodgers lineup is insane. When Sale has everything working like this there really isn’t much a hitter can do.
Bryce Young + Tetairoa McMillan are becoming a problem.
McMillan: 14 catches, 192 yards, 2 TD vs. Detroit. But the usage story is even more interesting.

@Eagles One of the best tackles of his generation and a huge part of what made Philly’s offensive line special for so long. 13 seasons with one franchise is rare enough, doing it at that level is even more impressive. Hell of a career.
@NFL One of the few offensive linemen who could legitimately change how an entire offense operated. Philly could leave Lane on an island against elite edge rushers and use that help somewhere else. Replacing that kind of flexibility is going to be almost impossible.
Houston: 1,375 yards.
Opponents: 1,375 yards.
Texans: 0–4.
The yardage tells one story. The deciding plays tell another.

16-16 at half and Carolina’s offense looks legit. Detroit has kept the run game in check, but it hasn’t mattered because Bryce is 15/20 for 178 and McMillan already has 147 yards.
If Detroit can’t find a way to take McMillan away in the second half, Carolina has a real shot at this.
Tetairoa McMillan is showing WR1 traits tonight. Carolina is missing Coker and everyone knows where the ball is going, but he’s still consistently creating separation and winning downfield. That 32-yard TD was a perfect example of how hard his size + route running is to defend.
Bryce Young and Jahmyr Gibbs have been 2 of my favorite players since their Alabama days, so this is a fun game to watch. Gibbs just does everything you want from a modern RB. Explosive runner, legit receiving threat, picks up the blitz and now finds the end zone again.
