I want to encourage others. Trying to stay sober from cocaine. #ODAAT Natural supplements are helping me manage bipolar 2 & social anxiety. INFJ 💣🌪⚡️🌦☀️🌈
@axelst0ned Merry #Christmas! What a bummer you were stuck there last night. I hope you are able to stay warm & inside. May your lungs open up & let you breathe. I can't go anywhere without my inhaler.
@Karen41433759 Merry #Christmas!🎄If I can remember all the good in my life I think I get through Christmas Eve sober. I need to join a grief support group once they start up again in January. The flashes of my Grandpa are still so strong & draining sometimes.
I have the NA meetings schedule bookmarked in my phone. In case I need in person support next week. Listening to music & crying has been helping me deal with my grief & not use. Christmas Eve I will be with family. Xmas Day I'll be with my boyfriend. Not being alone is key for me
Share your memories of your #FirstSoberChristmas or if this is your first one, tell us how it’s going and reach out if you need support! #RecoveryPosse
@FreakieBean I feel you. Life is a lot more boring without thoughts of using, then getting high & being out of it. I'm filling my life with things I enjoy & being more friendly with people (neighbors & strangers). I hope you can find what makes you happy sober. You're lucky to have a pet.
@MellowD Thank you. I couldn't afford to live in a place like this. I'm lucky my boyfriend can. He's full of the Christmas spirit. He paid for all my Christmas presents to family. I don't want to ruin it for him with my sadness. A lot of my strength comes from that.
I'm feeling more positive today. Handling my grief better & strong in my sobriety thanks to those who have been reaching out to me here.🌟 Finally finished decorating my Christmas tree.🎄🌊🐰
@mymentalmadness @AtomicPunk0 It's sad there won't be any new music with Chester's beautiful haunting voice & screams. I like Mike Shinoda's solo album Post Traumatic.
@FreakieBean @mccmaddie33 It's wonderful when meds help us. If I don't take my supplements my mind runs too fast & I'm no fun to be around. People think I'm on drugs. Sometimes I wonder if I like the high of cocaine so much because I miss my natural bipolar highs. But I know they can be destructive.
@mccmaddie33 I took Wellbutrin & then Effexor for years. I kept getting off them because they numbed me out too much. Then I'd get depressed & go back on. I loved the energy I got from them. But I found exercise along with natural supplements stabilized me & helped me still feel like myself.
