@XboxSupport yes ive used this and at step 2 it splits the green loading screen passes on to a black one after its finished

@XboxSupport after the green xbox loading screen its quick to finish that start up but after the green load its black, 2/2

@XboxSupport no I havent but all the instructions say if its stuck on the green loading screen mines not stuck it goes to a black screen 1/2

@XboxSupport a black screen and nothing else happens i dont know what else to do ive waited the 10m and reset it but still nothing 3/3

@XboxSupport and when it turn on it, it makes the starting xbox noise that happens at the loading screen then after it loads 2/3

@XboxSupport I followed all the instructions but each path doesnt help, the green xbox loading screen works the dots load at the bottom 1/2

@XboxSupport i also reset it by holding the pwr button and after the green loading screen it goes grey again

@XboxSupport whenever i turn on my xbox it just goes to a grey screen I unplugged everything and plugged it back in and it just stays grey
