If you buy into a 200M ATM shelf offering you’re a newb investor. If you want to go long, that’s fine, but wait till the 200M offering is almost completed. It makes no sense to buy into a massive dilution event. The estimated time for Jones trading to complete the ATM offering is around 4-8 months.
