@Frederi55284379 Much of increase in US inflation this year is coming from Auto Insurance premium increases, Auto repair increases and medical (hospital & outpatient clinic) increase year over year. Increasing or lowering Fed interest rates will not bring those down.

@RealtyIncome $O Realty Income, member of the elite dividend aristocrats club and in my opinion best in class holding for a REIT stock. Its part of my IRA holdings and DRIP the dividends every month to keep it growing.

@Frederi55284379 hard to tell, ultimately its a crises when government issued debt auctions fail to find enough buyers at a reasonable rate. Germany seems to be getting a lot of activity on their auctions which may be pulling investors away from French government bonds.

@joonatanvanhala $O buy range for #realtyincome in my opinion is anywhere between $50-$60 share price. The company is continually increasing the dividend and its ability to grow earnings in challenging environments is impressive during previous downturns (past 30 years)

@gas_biz workers comp is a problem as well, for the same reasons. Legal and medical related expenses are driving up rates. A big problem is in each state the BAR association has big influence on lawmakers in the state capitals.
