Dear @taiwoyedele and @FinMinNigeria
We kindly request a review of the New Tax System for Nigerians earning ₦500,000 and below.
Our submission shows the burden on these Earners.
The tax system should balance revenue needs with Citizens' welfare.
We await your response soon.
No country can become rich by taxing poverty. Rich nations are made by the collective wealth of their people who contribute to government by way of taxes.
The logic is simple. If you want to be a rich nation, help your people and businesses succeed.
In low trust environments, be polite and cordial, yet brief. Minimise attack surface: share little personal information. Ignore provocations and be unprovocative. Be unopinionated. Express uncertainty when pressed. Do not emote. Avoid attachments. You are there, but not present.

The intelligent people are highly selective.once they see malicious intent, their energy shifts permanently. They don’t argue, they don’t explain, they just remove access.
Dangote said he is an aggressive investor, and he's 69 YEARS OLD! Ironically, this is the age that financial advisers tell us to stop taking risks because it is a retirement age. But Aliko is just built differently.
Beware the empathy exploit.
Empathy is good and right when thought through (deep), but can be deadly to civilization when simply stimulus-response (shallow).
For example, releasing a repeat violent offender may feel good at first (shallow empathy for the criminal), but it is wrong to do so when that person will go on to hurt or murder innocent victims, as there should be deep empathy for future victims.
The role of a father especially in the lives of daughters cannot be successfully played by a mother. That role is irreplaceable and MOST who don’t have this, don’t turn out well in the society.
