During Tatkal booking, passengers are in a rush to secure tickets and may not notice pre-selected paid add-ons. If someone is paying Tatkal charges, the intention is usually to travel, not cancel.

Booked a Tatkal ticket for Mangaluru Express on 24 May. Later discovered that ₹1,077 was deducted for a "Free Cancellation" service that was already selected by default during booking.

I am trying to pay the full Property Tax bill for FY 2026-27 through the online portal. However, I am not getting the 10% discount for full payment as announced by TMC. Why??
Despite completion of all formalities, my PNG gas connection from @mahanagargas is still not installed even after 3 months. Repeated follow-ups have given no resolution or timeline.
Request immediate intervention from @PNGRB_ for deficiency in service.

@mahanagargas PNG installation still pending for CA No.210002230318 since 50 days despite written request sent on 7th April. No drilling/installation initiated yet.
This is causing inconvenience as the premises is urgently required for residential use.
