The issue here isn’t the book my friend. You have bitterness and anger inside which corrupts your view. Without a relationship with him, this life has no meaning and can be quite frustrating. Open your heart, give him a chance, guarantee your stance changes. In fact, guarantee your life changes, for the better. I hope you have a great day Andrew 🙏🏼💪🏼
You’re making my point here sir. This is what makes it very clear you haven’t actually read the Bible. You don’t need a theology degree. You could easily have googled and saw the context of the psalm that was written in 10 seconds. It’s really not as hard as you trying to make it out to be. You’re essentially arguing you’re not intelligent enough to read the book, and I don’t believe that’s the case. I sincerely hope you don’t go through life reading pieces of things, or watching pieces of things and assuming you understand what’s going on. Basic effort and study is required for literally everything we learn. But since you’re trying to go this route. It’s as simple as can be. Jesus said the greatest commandment is “Love the lord with all thy heart, soul and mind. And the second is like unto it, love your neighbor as you love yourself.” That’s Matthew 22:36-40, that’s all you need to understand, that’s what a Christian is to follow. And you don’t need a “theology degree” for that.
ANSWER: Stop voting Democrat. Stop voting Republican. Stop voting for tax cuts. Stop voting for access to health care. Stop voting for MAGA. Stop voting for democratic socialism. Stop voting for or against abortion. Stop voting for EVERYTHING that you used to vote for.
ONLY vote for politicians who are BRAVE enough to articulate what I signaled in my previous post, because that's how you know they intend to work for US, not THEM (our feudal overlords).
America will NEVER work for the growing number of blue-collar and white-collar families struggling to make ends meet if we continue to allow all these forms of manufactured tribalism to split OUR vote—the People’s vote. ❤️+🤍+💙=💜
Again, you don’t understand the context here haha. The bible talks about a lot of things. Just because a psalmist is writing a song of grief and despair doesn’t mean it’s being condoned. You’re speaking as if the Bible condones this because a war captive is lamenting and pouring out the reality of what he’s feeling in his soul towards his enemies in a song. It doesn’t mean the Bible is saying that’s right lol. I agree, the hatred and vengeance he wished toward his enemy was wrong. Jesus also agrees that’s wrong 😁.
I’ll just take the first one, Psalm 137:9, because doing them all takes too long. But you clearly have not read it, or you don’t understand it. The context is a psalmist in grief over being a captive taken into slavery by Babylon. Right before verse 9, verse 8 states “Happy is the one who repays you as you have served us,” because the Babylonians did this to Israel’s children (brutally killed them). The psalmist is lamenting and expressing his desire for justice and the same to be done to the captors’ children (an eye for an eye). So we see a psalmist who was enslaved, having seen his people’s children brutally murdered by his captors and lamenting that the same thing should happen to their children. Was that justified in the Old Testament? I don’t know, but certainly not under Jesus. So your framing of the verse is completely off and clearly shows you don’t actually understand what was being said there.

Holy CRAP!

Yep, I really hope more people understand this. Immigration is for the benefit of the country allowing them in. If it doesn’t benefit the country, they shouldn’t be here (for the most part.) We can’t help the entire world, especially now, we don’t have the resources for it. Leave that to the private sector and charities.
Something similar might happen in the US without real action/change. The issue isn’t democrat or republican, right or left, the issue is the corruption of the current politicians on both sides of the aisle. The majority of “the people” agree on 90% of issues when you sit down and talk. There will need to be real consequences for any public servant that doesn’t represent the will of the people.
ELON MUSK: "I really think there's got to be a change of government in Britain. There's got to be a dissolution of parliament and a new vote held.
Get the message out there, talk to your friends and family. There's risk of the destruction of the country. Fight for the future"
@DariusDale42@42Macro@BloombergTV@FerroTV@lisaabramowicz1@annmarie Absolutely brother, all the glory goes to him. He’s the only answer and all that matters at the end of the day.
