@isavali3 So True Iutita. After learning from the 2 courses this summer, I just wish the DOE would take a look at its educational structure and get feedback from teachers to make a change. We need to move with time not be a time capsule buried and hidden away.

@MabelTimoteo So true we definitely can't do anything if the main office of DOE doesn't change. They should see this video clip. They should talk to us not some 3 year old SBA test that isn't making any sense at all. I can't wait till the new school year begins??? NOT!!!

On the video Sir Ken Robinson mentions that "Great learning happens in groups" and our Cohort family is a product of that. We work better when we share and help each other rather than being by themselves. But changing paradigms has to start in the DOE main office.
