@Avianca nos tiene abandonados en el reino unido, y ya estamos a 24hrs sin comunicación. Más de 16 horas continuas de esperar en 📞 ayer.
Desgraciados y hasta mentirosos - cada agente menos ayuda cada vez.

@British_Airways still not responding to phones, tweets, internal complaints or emails.
Call it DAY 2, now we've passed counting the hours.
Seriously awful public service as well as the still unexplained cancellation which has us stranded and our farm potentially unprotected.
