@TianjinXiin Voice would definitely be a nice addition. Personally I would prefer a monthly subscription as I burn through credits quite fast.
Hard to say how much I would pay as I don’t know how the cost on your end looks like and I would not want to be cheap. Around 20-30€/$ maybe?

Additionally I feel like their model isn’t that good at detecting the user’s emotional state from their responses yet and that escalates conflict rather than resolving it.
Those are the things they should look into.
