@IAm_DylanJames I do something similar. Between work and my business growing rapidly, even though I enjoy it, I need one day per week that's my recharge day. I'll take melatonin and just sleep until I feel rested and I spend the day doing only what I feel like doing.

@pulte Everyone gets priority aid except Americans. I'm all for helping people who need it, but right now Americans are having to choose which days to skip meals so they can pay bills. We can NEVER help others effectively without being stable ourselves first.
