@steviejay99 That’s a very fair point.

Jey Uso’s performance was one for the ages in last night’s utterly dismal Raw main event.

[Findlay Martin @FindlayMartin]

@OTD_in_WWE I’d say that I wouldn’t put anything past this creative team . . . But even this would be a step too far.

A photo of Kendal Castle the other night. There can no longer be any doubt about it: aliens have landed.

@Dennis92111260l Demoralising.

[Findlay Martin @FindlayMartin]

@jkkb79 @IANdrewDiceClay @kennymc1ntosh I’m really not sure if he is. The exchange was very much of its time. Everyone knew Sting’s defence was a lie. But there was no laughter or scornful remarks, as I recall. Kayfabe was the strangest thing: I think it’s very difficult to explain to anyone who has never been a fan.

Grayson Waller returned from the wilderness on NXT last night with a searing promo that is definitely worth your attention: https://t.co/0zT6zvOwUP

Well, @SamiZayn might have lost the Undisputed WWE Title to @CMPunk nine days after he had finally lifted the belt at Night Of Champions, but he’s still the main photo on the cover of Issue 71 of Inside The Ropes Magazine.

[Findlay Martin @FindlayMartin]

Undisputed WWE Champion @SamiZayn is the cover star of Issue 71 of Inside The Ropes Magazine, on sale July 30 in the UK. (Please, WWE, don’t take the title off him tonight.)

[Findlay Martin @FindlayMartin]

@IANdrewDiceClay That’s funny.

My Power Slam Hotline script from Friday, January 22, 1999. This text was never meant to be published. The scripts were cobbled together in a way that could be communicated verbally as clearly and quickly as possible, with the minimum of ambiguity. Some predictions came true.

@SoDuTw @BensonRichardE Thank you for your personal sacrifice to the PS cause.

[Findlay Martin @FindlayMartin]

What a fantastically supportive crowd and thoroughly entertaining episode of RAW from Paris last night. The QOTR first round and Rey Mysterio vs. Penta matches were first-rate. Even Talla Tonga had a good night in his KOTR first round match.

[Findlay Martin @FindlayMartin]

@LeeHAuthor What do you think Danhausen has been working on in his makeshift laboratories?

[Findlay Martin @FindlayMartin]

@GjWynpot @IANdrewDiceClay @kennymc1ntosh I felt terrible. I had just finished a deadline the previous day and drove down that morning from Kendal, Cumbria, parked near Wembley (where you could leave the car all day for free) and caught the underground to the Dorchester where this was held. I drove back that night.

[Findlay Martin @FindlayMartin]

@MarvelAAge @IANdrewDiceClay @kennymc1ntosh Yes. I interviewed him about 90 minutes later. It was a strained and guarded interview in which he kayfabed me. He couldn’t remember the WarGames match that had taken place seven months earlier at Wrestle War 1992. The kayfabe era in many respects was trash.

[Findlay Martin @FindlayMartin]

@AndrewYang Did this go anywhere?

[Findlay Martin @FindlayMartin]

@steviejay99 I’m told all Power Slam Yearbook 1997 Part One orders that were made as of five days ago have been sent out. You should receive yours very soon.
