Canada defeated USA 67-65 in a thrilling final, led by Javion Tyndale and Deng Ngor

Tyndale led the way with 19 points and 8 assists, controlling tempo and running the offense from start to finish. His speed and handle both in transition and in the half court allowed him to consistently get past defenders to finish at the rim or create space when needed. @JavionTyndale

Ngor added 15 points, including a clutch three and a transition dunk in crunch time. The lanky wing used his length on both ends, stayed consistent with making the right play, and scored when his team needed it. @dengngorr

Session II of the 3SSB circuit was a strong showing for Texas programs or players at the 16U and 17U levels. In 17U, ASAK Elite's guard trio of Kellan Cantrell, Jonathan Bradley and Josiah Jones powered a 3-1 weekend, while TJ Ford Elite’s Maddox Davis averaged 19.5 PPG and picked up a D1 offer.

In 16U, Southern Assault’s Parker McDaniel exploded for 38 points and 8 threes in one game and they went 4-0 during the session. 99OVR’s Josiah Rose put up 40 points in a game continuing his strong case as the top player in the division.
