So many are out in their gardens tidying it up. Lives will be lost as not everyone knows to check long grass before cutting it. DON'T cut right to the edge of the grass, hedge or border as hedgehogs may be resting there. Please spread the word x

@AndyWoodturner Add a teaspoon of baking powder to soak them over night. Then rinse and boil with water and another teaspoon of baking powder- cook for maybe 30/40 mins boiling and removing scum, soft and delicious.

Asked my teen to weed the end of the garden, I am sure I said do the paths. It’s resulted in the removal of the strawberry patch and the rhubarb and a handful of probably Spanish bluebells. And, to be fair, lots of weeds. 🙄

Hi @waitrose I shopped at your Horley store yesterday. We were tempted by the No 1 coquilles st jaques and picked up items included in the Dine in £15 range. All were advertised as being included in the offer but this wasn’t applied at the till. Can you help?

@1goodtern @dEEN1cKers0n A guy knocked on our door yesterday- he spends time helping foxes by feeding them food with mange treatment, and liaises with rescue groups when necessary. He asked me to keep an eye for a local group. A quiet hero.
