The Lagos State Resilience Office (LASRO), today, took a significant step toward enhancing emergency response capacity during a review session with the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and ensuring continuity of critical services in times of disruption.
The LASRO team, led by the Lagos State Chief Resilience Officer, Dr. Folayinka Dania, and represented by Mr. Olayinka Oyekan, Lead Facilitator, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), engaged key officials of LASEMA in a comprehensive review of the agency’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP). The discussions focused on sustaining emergency management services during and after unforeseen disruptions.
Key highlights from the engagement include:
