@Nigel_Farage@SadiqKhan Spot on. I don't think they're going anywhere near the Cenotaph (hopefully not). Any damage/climbing/burning flags to a war memorial is the same as defacing a grave.
@Griffin09314548@ChrisRyanMM Protests are fine and do whatever. Not next weekend though. Lets have a little bit of respect. The fact able to protest and have freedom is because of the sacrifice others have made. The country we are lucky to live in could be a different place.
As we draw nearer to Remembrance Sunday, many of us are sifting through photos of old memories. We need to remember that for many, remembrance isn't just one day; it's every day.
@NatashaMDay@MilitaryBanter It is stupid If you wrap your feet in ahesive tape. You may as well put a tourniquet around your feet. They won't be able to swell naturally.
@DrChrisParry People defending this. Erm, ok. Think of it this way, over time with people people doing that you would be complaining of trains being in sh*t condition which costs a lot of money to put right. Just don't do it?
Many people at some point in life find themselves in a βdark placeβ. You may struggle in this place for what seems like a lifetime; or you might just momentarily fall into that place sometime in the future. The truth is, while there may be people around you to help or guide you, you are on your own in this. Do whatever it takes to find your light, and bring yourself back.
This short film called βJust Come Backβ comes from the heart. There was no sponsorship nor is there any deliberate product placement.
I donβt have all the answers. In this film, I show the things which have helped me but, you do what works for you. This all lead to the final message of this film:
SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO GO IT ALONE
DO WHATEVER IT TAKES
JUST COME BACK
I posted this film I made with @TylerPalmerFilm on Instagram last December. Please share this if you think it could help someone today π΄ββ οΈ
