@MetroByTMobile This is just an attempt to take this problem off line. Read the DM conversation that I had with Steph, and tell me how our conversation would be different. Otherwise I'm not going to be silenced when #MetroByTMobile has a real and serious security problem.
@MetroByTMobile I'm not wasting any more time with DMs. I already went through that with Steph. Why won't you investigate how my #MetroByTMobile account was hacked and my phone ported at 2:05am. There's a leak in your system.
@MetroByTMobile You don't actually take these allegations seriously, otherwise you wouldn't have said I should write a letter to corporate headquarters. You would have instead found out which store or employee is participating in fraud.
