Didcot Town are delighted to announce that goalkeeper Fin Coles will be returning to the club next season.
The 19-year-old enjoyed his debut season at the Loop Meadow Stadium last season, making nine appearances.
The young shotstopper enjoyed the perfect debut when he kept a clean sheet in the 2-0 win at Falmouth Town.
His nine appearances yielded five wins and three clean sheets, as he impressed when called upon.
Welcome back, Fin.
Won for many different reasons yesterday 🩷
Challenging season on many fronts but to finish it strong and achieve the goals set out at the start is something to be proud of
Always a pleasure, never a chore ❤️

⭐️Josh Hedges⭐️
Another extremely proud day for us @procisionoxford as we have another member of our family leaving us for full time football⚽️
Current degree and staff member Josh Hedges has taken the next step in his football journey as he sign for @OfficialClarets 📝
Hedgys contribution to us has been nothing short of phenomenal – a prolific goalscorer, an intelligent footballer, with countless league and cup titles, and a player whose quality has consistently made the difference. He was a key part in our two best FA Youth Cup teams that reached the first round against Portsmouth and Cheltenham in back to back years🏆
Just as importantly, Hedgy has been a major influence off the pitch – his personality, love for the game and love for our family have helped shape our culture and inspire our next generation of players coming through👏🏼
This season Hedgy has taken his knowledge to another level due to his increase in his influence and coaching on the pitch. He alongside Connor Barrett have developed our TL team taking leadership of coaching and matchdays. This has been brilliant for our players and equally as brilliant for Hedgy🫡
Hedgy will never be a stranger and will always be a key member of our family, so this is not a goodbye post at all.
We are so excited to watch the next steps of your career Hedge, we’re always here and thank you for everything!🩷
Relentless.
Robbie Gallagher picked up both the Players’ Player and Manager’s Player awards.
An unwavering attitude that embodies everything we stand for.
Well earned, @robbieg_1. 💛💙
⭐️Student Shoutout⭐️
On the back of another clean sheet this week for our Fin Cole’s against Tottenham in the @NFYLU19U23 it seems only right we give him his flowers🫡
Fin is half way through his second year with us and has simply been incredible. He is improving everyday on the pitch and absolutely flying off it. Heading to recieve the highest possible grades in our education is a brilliant achievement and one he is heading towards❤️
Alongside the football and education with us Fin goes above and beyond to better himself. He works closely with our brilliant partner @bedders17 at all of our goalkeeper and striker camps🧤
He has also like so many of our students began refereeing on the weekends and has quite quickly been spotted for being brilliant. Therefore, has received the call up to ref the u12s boys @BerksandBucksFA final. Another brilliant achievement.⭐️
Fin is an inspiration to all our students and staff and no matter what life throws his way, we all know he’ll smash right through it! Keep it up mate❤️
Here are the goals that won us the game!!! Great team spirit from all the boys to get us over the line! Big thanks to @Abutdfc for sending over the goals it’s much appreciated and best of luck for the Season
