@HeathrowAirport Hi- I have a flight tomorrow at 12:25 lunchtime!!! What time would you recommend me arriving to the airport? Doesn’t really seem that 3 hours is sensible given how chaotic Terminal 5 queues have been over the past couple of months or so!
@POPATnotPopehat @NS7900@Lumpy_Space499@JillMorrisFCDO Unfortunately VFS might be the only option for visas to some countries, in which in the future I shall apply 6 months before I’m due to leave instead of 3. I left them plenty of time with 3 months but that clearly wasn’t enough
@JillMorrisFCDO Hello, I’m hoping if you can help with my emergency. The Italian consulate in London is refusing to approve my visa application and are effectively holding my passport from me. I applied for my study visa on July 29th, and have still not received anything (1/2)
@NS7900@Lumpy_Space499@JillMorrisFCDO Honestly, good luck. VFS Global are the absolute worst company I have ever come across. I REALLY regret using them, and vow to never use them again.
@NS7900@Lumpy_Space499@JillMorrisFCDO I’ve received notification that my passport has been despatched today- however the delivery reference number they’ve given me is invalid. I paid for the express courier service, but I fear that they may still take several weeks to deliver my visa
@ItalyinLDN You MUST process my application immediately. Please can you reply to this with details of your formal complaints procedure. I have been in touch with @UniofExeter and @MarcusFysh- both of whom have been trying to contact you on my behalf!

@JillMorrisFCDO What’s worse is that the consulate ignore all calls and emails, so I have absolutely no form of contact with them. I am pleading with you to help me in some way. I should already be in Italy to study, and the incompetence of the consulate is risking my education
