We are taking our Meta ads budget to 7k a month.
Not because the ads are working yet. Because we need to test faster.
We are also rebuilding the whole funnel for the second time. Here is the thinking.

Why 7k a month on testing?
The business can afford it. And at a small budget you can only put a few ads in before the campaign gets overloaded, so every test takes too long.
More budget plus a video editor means more ads in, and a winner found much faster.

AI is average. It is the average of the whole internet.
So if I let Claude write our Meta ad concepts from scratch, we get average ads.
Here is the process I use instead for our AI agency. It works for any business running ads.

Step 4. Angles.
The persona is who you talk to. The angle is how you explain it. The message is the offer.
Put the 3 together and you have a concept.
I am writing 20 scripts per concept. At a 5% hit rate you need 20 ads to find 1 winner.

First sales call from our Meta ads funnel today.
The prospect knew exactly what he wanted. So we threw out the normal pitch and changed the offer on the call.
Here is how I pitch myself as an AI agency founder.

Also finished the personas today.
I wrote 20 by hand, then gave them to Claude and asked for 20 more in my style. The output was far stronger than starting from nothing. Tomorrow I whittle the 40 down and script new ads.
