Is this really how you treat your customers, especially when they show proof of constant problems, that Google hasn't fixed? By the way this can't be returned back to Best Buy, since it's already opened, and passed it's warranty date.

I just got off the phone with Google pixel support, and told them about my battery and modem problem. They basically told me "that since it's out of warranty, I must shoulder the cost.".

I was referred over to third party repair stores, but they charge way to much

Not to mention the warranty has already lasped! So, I can't return the device itself from where I bought it from, and I don't have the money to get it repaired either.

Now, I have a paper weight that barely lasts longer than 4 hours with light usage, and on top of that the modem itself will not stay connected to a 5G signal at all. This is in an area with perfect 5G coverage.

The second go round, I sent the same pixel 6a out to Google, this time they only replaced the screen(there wasn't nothing wrong with the screen!) It was the battery that was the issue which they failed to look at and replace!

So, I sent my device out Google to get it looked at and repaired. It took them Almost a week to get back to me with my device, and they determined that there was nothing wrong with it.

This was followed by months of constant disconnects from mobile internet and Wi-Fi. The battery wouldn't hold it's full charge to its maximum capacity. Plus, I checked that there weren't any apps running in the background.

Hey, Google, I bought a pixel 6a back in March of 2023. I bought it from Best Buy unlocked, and activated it on US mobile with their T-Mobile Sim card. At first everything was working fine, until the it's cellular antenna and battery started to act up.

@AnkerOfficial Hey, Anker what's going on with your audio products?! I bought your Anker Space A40 from Amazon, brand new. Within the span of a year, the battery has degraded from 10hrs down to 4hrs for both ear pieces. Plus, the microphone in the right ear piece is wearing out.

I never really thought much of it because I cared more about my job then my health at the time. Now, I made an appointment with a Gi doctor to get this settled, and more closely diagnosed. So, all I'm saying is pay attention to your health, you only live once!

Fair warning in my tweet to those with a sensitive stomach or mind. I went to the hospital last Thursday to get me rectal area checked out, as there both blood coming out of my stool and saturating the toilet paper. I've been holding this off for many years now, since my 20's.
