@VodafoneUK Subcontracted Kelly communications engineer was here for 2.5 hours today still the issues isn't fixed reported it on 28th February. Unable to work as I work from home. @CityFibre apparently getting their NOC team to resolve the issues. Taken a full week to get to this stage!
@CityFibre & @VodafoneUK it has been a week since I had Internet still waiting for my ONT to be provisioned, crack on please. We have no phone signal/4g so we are completely cut off from civilization! Send help!
@virginmedia No, I never got my call back yesterday. However I spoke to a very competent manager this morning who resolved this issue swifty and admitted it was a fault made by Virgin in October.
I only wish I spoke to him yesterday afternoon! Thanks for your concern all resolved now π

@sainsburys Thanks Andy I tried calling the store after finding their details online but just got an automated response and unfortunately couldn't get to speak to a staff member. I'm not local to can't drop in the store to speak to them in person unfortunately.
