Delayed a minimum of 5:20 on my @WestJet flight today after deplaning in Calgary. Wording of delays apparently means no compensation. Surprise... Surprise

@CruiseNorwegian Now the error has gotten worse. My cruise was just cancelled due to an error on your part. I was fully paid and now have nothing. Last cruise with you. Oh wait, we don’t have a cruise now!!!
@CruiseNorwegian if staffing issues are causing problems with your ability to service customers, try hiring more staff! Incredibly disappointing how empty the apology was. Truly upset with our first cruise after the shut down. 41 days to cruise and now reconsidering our choice.
