Today all of the kindies visited the Outdoor Classroom to harvest and eat the kale they grew. Out of 67 kids only 3 said "I don't like it." Others had 2nds and 3rd helpings!

We talked about the Rainbow flag hanging at Ogden PS, read “And Tango Makes Three,” and began making Rainbow Sun Catchers for Pride month.

Students spent a week digging up worms, studying them, and then setting them free in our vegetable gardens so they could help the plants.

Water is a precious natural resource that we all need to be aware of. Although it adds immensely to our play, students are learning how to care for it as well.
