It isn't just 130 college athletes. It is 100% of all female college athletes being impacted by having males in female sports.

When AB Hernandez wins gold, it isn't a matter of 'just 1 trans athlete in amongst dozens competing.' It is dozens and dozens of young women being negatively impacted by having a man in their sport.

At the Rio Olympics, all 3 medals in the Women's 800m went to men. This was not a case of 'just 3 male athletes.' It was 50 female Olympic 800m athletes from all over the world, being cheated out of heats, places, records, and medals.

Plus all the women who competed to get to the Olympics. Plus the women whose team places these men took.

Plus the women who gave up on their athletic dreams because they didn't want to compete with men.

And so on.

Girls that come last place
Girls that train really hard
Girls that could train harder
Girls that don’t know they will get into sports as an adult
Girls that come fifth place
Girls doing races that aren’t a race but are timed and record first finishers
Girls that are mediocre
Girls that excel

All of them deserve fairness.
