@SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma - no thanks-there is no SLA for business broadband for outages, so not necessarily any better in this situation. So many nearby clearly switched to mobile data that my Sky mobile is running much slower than usual (too slow to be useful for work)

@SkyHelpTeam So the "planned maintenance" which I was never informed of in Washington and was supposed to be midnight till 6am actually started at 10pm & is still not back at 6.20am. Need WiFi for work in 40 mins. How likely is this? Not happy!!

@artobotics 1/2 depends what you are trying to achieve. £20 is absolute bargain & given folk are buying the art "sight unseen" while someone might be happy to buy 1 or 2, would this still hold true if price was higher? Artobotic was explained to me as making art accessible

@artobotics 2/2 - even positioned where folk wouldn't usually buy art, eg in a Greggs shop. Don't think this would work if £30 or £40. Equally if only positioned where "art lovers" see it & use it, then an increase in price would possibly not be as off-putting.

@SkyHelpTeam 1/2 just spoke to a team member about another issue & he said as I am a long standing customer, he would give me free 1 month access to Paramount & 2 free Netflix months. No mention of future subscription etc. I now see he has missold me Cinema & Netflix future pack
