@ParcelMotel How do I lodge a formal complaint?You have my parcel since 12 December.I’ve raised a ticket,emailed you several times& tweeted,disgraceful customer service.I feel powerless to seek a refund for the value of my parcel when you won’t answer me, this is theft.

@ParcelMotel No reply yet AGAIN since I sent through my bank details for a refund. The person answering the inbox obviously didnt read my email as they created a new icket no.!! The correct ticket number is 514473, please respond!! Never had such a bad customer experience

@JervisCentre Wanted to highlight the cleaner on duty in the ladies toilets on the morning of Friday 21 Sept had them spotless. Also, there was a cleaner using a brush to scrub the metal benches outside the toilets, fair play to these employees. #CustomerService#CleaningService
