@O2 2/2 Phone delivered today, and £160 debited from his account. Upon calling for refund, told have to return phone in order to get refund. And refund takes 6 working days to process once phone rec back. This charge wasnt agreed! Waiting for a manager to call back, haven’t yet.

@O2 horrendous customer service experience. Husband snorted first attempt to upgrade as you made it so difficult despite him being out of contract, second attempt yesterday, an hour and a half on the phone and was satisfied with the package agreed on. Assured no upfront costs.1/2
