Paul recorded a video about why sick and disabled people are impacted by people leaving social media sites and the shuttering of sites like Tik Tok. It made me cry. Please watch and know that these platforms mean more to some people more than you realize. https://t.co/2sNs9cQhma
I decided to update Paul's GoFundMe page about his Guillain-Barré Syndrome from my experience. Please read the most recent update. Thank you for caring! https://t.co/zOmMWs1xql
NBC's Superstore was one of the funniest workplace comedies ever made, and fans were devastated when it ended after six season. Here's why it was canceled. https://t.co/tok10GZ9JG
My Southern Californian neighbors blaming Newsome or Bass for the low water reserves is so crazy. Like, you live here same as me and you damn well know water hasn’t came from the sky since March.
A lot of misinformation out there.
Just launched a new site to ensure the public has access to fact-based data around the Southern CA wildfires.
The TRUTH:
- CA did NOT cut our firefighting budget. We have nearly doubled the size of our firefighting army and built the world’s largest aerial firefighting fleet.
- CA has INCREASED forest management ten-fold since we took office.
- California will NOT allow for looting.

NEW: This school year, average district pay for Kentucky teachers is $13,888 less than 2008 once adjusted for inflation, according to new @KyDeptofEd data.
That’s a 19.8% decline. #kyga25
It’s likely the fact I’ve worked in long term care for the last 10 years, but Netflix’s “A Man on the Inside” has been my favorite tv in a long while. Funny, full of heart, and painfully accurate depiction of senior living.
In the New Orleans terrorist attack we can criticize the Mayor, Police Superintendent, NOPD, LSP, DPW, and the City Council for the plan to replace the bollards. The critique is expected and warranted. Hold them all accountable. But like Katrina, the State, Homeland Security and others allowed the contingency plan of parked patrol cars at the entry to Bourbon and other streets and said nothing. They were in the room. It was a massive failure of security that involved everyone because everyone was a part of the planning. Any leader unwilling to admit their complicity is a coward. The only others worse are the self aggrandizing, self promoting political opportunists grandstanding like Senator Kennedy and Lt. Gov. Nungusser. It make me sick how far we done fell. Cheers to the 3 hero cops. Saviors of many lives.
During her new Netflix special, comedian Michelle Buteau called out fellow stand-up comic Dave Chapelle for his past anti-trans comments: 'It's not funny, it's dangerous.' https://t.co/Z0IvtYLiuQ
President Carter defined what it means to be a servant leader. He fought for our democracy, our climate, humanity, and civil rights around the world. We can find peace today knowing that he is reunited with the love his life, Rosalynn.
@kytastebuds@FOX56News Steve Zahn is just the best! His work on Silo this season is so, so good. I'm pretty much a believer that if Steve Zahn is in something it's gonna be great. Love that he lives in KY!
President Carter taught all of us what it means to live a life of grace, dignity, justice, and service. Michelle and I send our thoughts and prayers to the Carter family, and everyone who loved and learned from this remarkable man. https://t.co/dZHL0Nu0Tj
That Chinese food you can’t get enough of.
The nail salon everyone in town loves.
That insane Korean barbecue spot.
Some of the best local businesses in America and operated by immigrant families.
The unsung heroes?
Their children.
They show up at landlord meetings to translate starting in their early teens.
They help their parents build websites, create a social media presence, and work out vendor disputes.
Their parents wanted nothing more than for them to grow up with more opportunity than they had, and those kids often balance pressure of doing well in school and going to college with helping their parents out as much as possible.
I’ve been lucky to meet many of you over the years.
You’re becoming business leaders, doctors and lawyers.
Your parents sacrificed a lot for you to succeed, but you sacrificed a lot for them as well.
You may not think anyone notices all you do in the background.
But many do.
You’re taking your families to new heights, and inspiring the rest of us in the process.
Here’s to you ❤️
Alisa Gray’s Equine Care Team found the 13 horses up to their knees in mud, all starving and neglected on a property in Franklin County. They’d been without access to food and water for far too long. https://t.co/n1QFmkZpqH
