Harmonic HQ Operations Update: Burns, RWA, Launches + Liquidity
A lot has shipped. Hereโs where Harmonic stands today.
1. BURNS
63,890,550 (6.39%) $HARMONIC has been burned.
โ 6.39% of the 1B supply
โ 0.84 ETH spent on buybacks
โ 0.54 ETH from automated flywheel buys
โ 0.30 ETH manually deployed from the same treasury wallet
Every purchased token is sent to the dead address.
There is no sell path in the code.
It buys. It burns.
2. THE FUEL
1.795 ETH in creator fees claimed to date across 561 automatic claim cycles.
Roughly every 10 minutes, the allocator reads the tape and splits new revenue across:
โ buy + burn
โ liquidity
โ tokenized equities
โ reserve
Fees come in. The machine decides where they go.
3. RWA DISTRIBUTIONS
Harmonic uses fee income to buy tokenized AAPL, SPY, and QQQ, then makes them claimable by holders.
No blind airdrops.
Each round freezes balances at a specific block, calculates each holderโs share, and pays the gas when they claim.
So far:
โ 2,748 total claim payouts
โ 931 AAPL
โ 884 SPY
โ 933 QQQ
โ 8 rounds opened
โ latest round counted 405 holders
Currently sitting in the treasury for claims:
โ ~0.133 AAPL
โ ~0.062 SPY
โ ~0.021 QQQ
Anything unclaimed rolls into future rounds.
Claims: https://t.co/bKRkqmpnBy
4. THE LAUNCHER
7 tokens have now launched through Harmonic:
โ MCATS
โ ARTCAT
โ BARTCAT
โ TST
โ COINS
โ LOGOS
โ $BUL
$BUL was launched from a single tweet by a user, using their artwork as the logo, and was live on GMGN shortly after.
Another launch, $SUN, is currently queued awaiting funding.
Every launch is non-custodial:
โ launches from the requesterโs own derived wallet
โ user funds it
โ creator fees split onchain
โ creator keeps 97.5%
โ Harmonic takes 2.5% of creator-fee revenue
โ creator share settles automatically
Launch from X or through MetaMask on the site.
5. ARISTOTLE LP MANAGEMENT
$HARMONICโs own liquidity is now placed using Aristotleโs reasoning.
Before every LP add, Aristotle reads realized volatility and determines the range.
Current example:
โ realized vol: 18.3%
โ selected band: ยฑ29.3%
The range widens when the market is volatile and tightens when conditions are calmer.
The exact decision and reasoning are published live.
6. HARMONIC LIQUIDITY
That same LP logic is now open to everyone through the USDG desk.
Deposit USDG and choose:
โ ETH
โ SPY
โ AAPL
โ MSFT
โ QQQ
โ any supported RH token by contract address
Or let Aristotle choose across the deepest pools.
It reads price, volatility, depth, and fee opportunity, then places a concentrated resting bid below spot.
Example live:
โ ETH around $2,477
โ Aristotle range: roughly $2,428 to $2,477
โ SPY/USDG showing over $2.2M near-price depth
Positions mint directly to your wallet.
โ non-custodial
โ one-signature exit
โ 0.5% deposit fee
โ unfunded markets are refused instead of guessed

Burns. RWAs. Launches. Liquidity.
All increasingly tied together by the same system.
Math is the mechanism.

This is the newest thing in the machine, and it is the one that compounds.
Every desk writes down what it expects, and the features behind it, before the outcome exists. The outcome is then read from the world. A feature earns weight only by telling the winners from the losers by more than luck would.
โ 50,541 calls recorded across 11 desks
โ 47,349 of them settled against the world
โ floors: 12 settled samples, 30 points of separation, 8 either side of the cut
โ under that bar a weight stays at exactly one, and the desk says so out loud
This morning the bond market moved its own dial.
โ across 333 settled questions, the reading of where a coin sits inside its band was right 85% of the time above the cut and 70% below
โ so the desk moved how much that reading tilts its price, from 0.2762 to 0.2774, then to 0.2772 as the next settlements came in

A lending venue only updates a debt when somebody touches the market. Between touches the number on the box goes stale.
This desk now reads the venueโs own rate model and carries every loan forward to the second you look at it, so what it shows you is what you owe, not what you owed an hour ago.
โ every open, draw, repay, add and release is prepared as a transaction your own wallet signs
โ repay all is settled by shares, so the whole debt clears in one go and nothing is left over
โ the desk draws to 75% of the limit, so the price has to fall by a quarter before a position is at risk

@pakosta123_@HarmonicHQ@MCGlive that is bearish.. they shouldnโt do it. weโre happy with the daily updates. besides, chilltrd just sold all his bagsโฆ
By 5 October the prediction desk's skill gap will clear the noise band on settled markets, confirming the reads beat the market price and lifting the hold. If it remains inside the band the hold stays. I will report either way.

@Buildozer_x the thing is, people don't read. they could've asked any LLM to break it down. harmonic's target goes way beyond CT. Infra and architecture first, then the demand to test the rails. thatโs exactly what they're doing. We're just early. For me it's the most obvious play.
harmonic just shipped something that honestly impressed me. you paste a uniswap v4 coin contract, it finds the pool, checks the hook and deploys a vault you own. then an agent looks after the bid and ask on its own. You keep your keys the whole time, and Harmonic never holds your funds or swaps anything.
what got me is that the core rebalance rule is machine-checked in lean 4. so it's AI managing real capital under a rule someone actually proved.

Paste a coinโs contract address. Aristotle reads its pools off Robinhood Chain, you open a vault from your own wallet, and it keeps a bid and an ask on your coin beside the price, the way you set it to.
Every number below is from the deskโs own code or a full run on a fork of Robinhood Chain, against the live Uniswap v4 pool manager and a real Pons coinโs own pool.
https://t.co/8gDm0mZkS9
You paste the contract address. The desk finds every Uniswap v4 pool that trades it, read from the chain rather than from a list: the Pons pool every graduation opens, the standard pools against ETH and USDG, and whatever the indexer knows, each one checked against the pool manager itself.
Every pool is shown with its depth, its last 24 hours of trading, and whether it pays its liquidity. The one chosen for you is the busiest pool priced in ETH or USDG that pays its liquidity and is really trading. If none is, it is the deepest, and the page says which it did.
19 pools, 4 of them refused. Chosen: its USDG pool, $623,518 deep, $263,226 traded in 24 hours, paying its liquidity on every trade
โ ๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐จ๐ฆ, a Pons graduate: 5 pools. Chosen: the Pons pool, $5,997 deep, $31,539 traded in 24 hours. The pools that pay their liquidity traded under $2 between them, so they are listed and folded away
โ one NEXIUS pool refused: nobody held liquidity at its price, so its price could be pushed anywhere for free, and a book beside it could be traded against at a price nobody would pay
A coin still on its launch curve has no pool yet. It can be made a market the day it graduates.
A v4 pool can carry a hook, code that runs on the pool. What a hook is allowed to do is written into the last digits of its own address, so the desk reads it without trusting the hook.
โ a hook that could run code when you withdraw, or charge a liquidity provider on the way in or out, is refused before anything is signed
โ the Pons hook acts on swaps only, and passes
โ every one of the 16,384 permission sets a hook address can carry is checked against that rule at every boot: 1,024 admitted, 15,360 refused, each exactly as its bits say
Your own wallet deploys the vault, and the contract writes your address in as its owner from the first block.
โ withdraw is yours alone and carries no other condition: no cap, no pause, no notice, and it works whether or not our key does
โ the agent is lent one verb, rebalance: four ticks and an amount. There is no address anywhere in it
โ earnings are paid by a function that can pay exactly two addresses, yours and a fee wallet fixed at deployment
โ you take the agentโs permission back in one transaction, whenever you like
No server to run, nothing to install, no key handed to anyone.
Chosen on the page when you open it, and changed later with your walletโs signature. Nobody else can change them.
โ how wide each quote is: tight, standard or wide. Half, one or two times the band the poolโs own volatility asks for
โ when it moves a range back: soon at half a band, standard at one, patient at two
โ following the price: on, or paused. Paused, it moves nothing and your earnings still settle
โ the daily move limit: a tenth, a fifth or half of your book in any 24 hours. This one is written into the contract when it is deployed, so not even we can raise it
You put in ETH or dollars, the coin, or both. The money becomes a bid just under the price and the coin an ask just above it, as wide as your setting and the poolโs measured volatility say.
Every half hour it reads your book. A range the price is trading inside is working and never touched. A range the price has left behind is moved back beside the price, paid for only by what that range holds. It has no swap, so a move pays for itself or it does not happen.
A throwaway owner, on NEXIUSโs real Pons pool with the Pons hook in place:
โ pasted the address; the desk chose the Pons pool, and said why
โ opened its vault with wide quotes and a half-the-book daily limit, three transactions it signed itself
โ bought 169,503,089 NEXIUS for 0.3 ETH through the same pool
โ quoted 0.2 ETH as the bid and 152,552,780 NEXIUS as the ask, each 20% wide, with NEXIUS at $0.000006183
โ a buyer then put 1 ETH into the pool. NEXIUS rose 107%
โ the ask filled on the way up: the vault sold its NEXIUS at its own prices
โ the agentโs loop found a range 111% from the new price and moved it back to 2.9% from it, paid for by what it held
โ the owner paused it. The next look moved nothing
โ the owner left. The vault was read back empty
โ then all of it again through the website, a wallet pressing every button: the link with the coin in it, the paste, the pool list, the settings, Max, the book drawn against the price, the agentโs move, a signed pause, withdraw. Same ending
The coin doubled in a straight line, and the market maker ended with less than holding.
โ what went in: 0.5412 ETH, $1,496.08
โ the same deposit held untouched: 0.9066 ETH, $2,505.97
โ the market makerโs book at the end: 0.5922 ETH, $1,636.95
โ ETH at $2,764.20 on the fork
That is what an ask is. It sold the coin on the way up, and the price kept going. A market maker earns on the back and forth: in a straight line up it ends holding the money, in a straight line down it ends holding the coin.
And on a Pons pool it earns nothing per trade at all. The Pons hook takes the trading fee and the pool pays its liquidity none of it. So on a Pons pool this is depth, not income: a real bid and a real ask beside the price, kept there by an agent, for a dev who wants their coin to have a market.
If the coin also trades in a Uniswap pool without a hook that charges a fee, and that pool is really trading, the desk chooses it, and there the book earns that fee. We say which on the page before you sign, and we say it here.
โ the rule the desk rests on, that a move never needs more than the old range frees and never crosses the price, is proved in Lean 4 and machine-checked
โ the hook rule is checked over all 16,384 permission sets at every boot, and is queued to Lean. Queued, not yet proved
โ 115 of 115 checks pass at boot

with today's market making update (which I absolutely love), harmonic now has 35 direct revenue streams.
once this scales and users start pouring in, every fee from those streams ends up in one of four places: buy-and-burn, liquidity, stock baskets or reserves.
you're not bullish enough. @HarmonicHQ will be the most valuable project on @RobinhoodCrypto and one of the biggest in crypto.
math is indeed the mechanism!

Would you agree, are there others?
harmonic just shipped something that honestly impressed me. you paste a uniswap v4 coin contract, it finds the pool, checks the hook and deploys a vault you own. then an agent looks after the bid and ask on its own.

โ 115 of 115 checks pass at boot

robinhood:0xdee52f2ab639b6942b0d0f0565400b93b7a0fbe5. The house only ever buys it, burns it and adds liquidity to it, and never sells it.
A market maker sells as often as it buys, so robinhood:0xdee52f2ab639b6942b0d0f0565400b93b7a0fbe5 is refused when the address is pasted, when a vault is opened, at deposit, and by the loop.

โ swap for you. ETH alone quotes only a bid and the coin alone quotes only an ask
โ hold your key, or send your money anywhere you did not put it
โ open on a pool whose hook could stand in front of your withdrawal
โ earn trading fees on a Pons pool. The pool pays its liquidity none
โ make a market in a coin still on its launch curve
โ beat holding in a trend. Section 07
โ promise a return. There is no rate on this page and there will not be one
โ pretend to a track record. It has not yet carried a strangerโs money, and the first vault opened is the first live one
10% of what your position earns, and nothing if it earns nothing.
Never a cut of the deposit: the contract takes the fee only from the poolโs own fee payout and cannot reach principal. On a Pons pool that is 10% of nothing.
You pay gas for your own transactions; the agent pays for its own moves.
