Yo of u think being gay is a sin bc of ur religion (or anything rlly) pls block me, idgaf about whatever mental gymnastics your doing to look like ur supporting queer people lol.
@HMoffman@_Draitto_ If you replaced the looksmaxxer in this comic with, say, a trans woman, and had the mother missing who she was, the message changes from 'I miss when you were simply happy in yourself' to 'I miss when your identity was hidden, when you expressed yourself how /I/ wanted you to'
@HMoffman@_Draitto_ Trans people do not transition to conform to pressure, they transition to become themselves and are generally happier. The standard (if there even is one-?) does not continue to move beyond your grasp the way lookmaxxing does - think of the 'negative canthal tilt' garbage.
@notwithhaste__ They were both so enthusiastic about the show the whole time before this mess too, they seemed to love every second of being in it and getting to engage with the audience. It sucks so much.
@notwithhaste__ I legit get such secondhand embarassment and sympathy for DT and MS through all of this because I cannot possibly imagine they're satisfied with the resolution either but 1 they can't truly comment and 2 they're literally at the centre of it all.
@BlackBison64@ZeyonDevilX@saintlaurent_jr Bless your heart man I understand why you feel the way you do but this kind of humour is regular in the community and really doesn't need brigading unless it escalates. You can seperate legitimate hatred from irony. Won't respond from now because this is,, boring.
@bimbohairbrush@name_redacted_ Hope this isn't insensitive but I find it wildly funny that so many trans women are like 6ft 2in meanwhile every day 300,000 cis male chuds complain about losing the birth lottery and only being 5ft 4in or something.
@notwithhaste__ I don't like Aziraphale and Crowley as soulmates anyway. I don't want them to be made for each other or fated. I want them to choose each other, even when it's inconvenient or outright unsafe to. I want them to want each other because the other is enough to be worth knowing.
