I know that at a big company, most staff do not read comments from ordinary people online. But it seems clear that Tik does read what people write. So I hope it is okay that I share this thought.

I think Tik has managed many difficult situations very well. Many of us would not have done as well in her position let's be so for real right now, the 4E situation was insane for her to have to sort out. I understand that negative comments online can feel very hard to deal with, but they can be somewhat be managed.

I think what could really help is... a Communications and PR director. This person's job would be to manage all public messages about NorthStar and its artists. Their focus or at least a primary focus would be fan sentiment. They would make sure fans always know enough, so they do not feel like their favourite pair has been forgotten. There are ways to talk about things and let people know things are in the works without official announcements.

It seems like a lot of good work is already happening behind the scenes. The real problem seems to be communication, not effort. If NorthStar or S9T already has a communications team, they should be given this job.. to think about how fans feel, and to make sure fans know that plans for their artists are still moving forward so the fan sentiment is being managed and so there is less negativity online directed toward you and Northstar.

I believe most of the criticism you receive is not because you are not doing enough. I believe it is mainly a communication problem. This is something another person should manage for you. So your focus can remain on the work and the daily running your businesses. If the online sentiment is taking a toll then you need to let someone help you manage it because no one deserves to have the internet steal their joy of the art they are making, for free for people most of the time.

Thank you for all the work you put out that everyone can enjoy for free or at the very little and extremely reasonable cost of an iIQIYI subscription. It's unfair how much people expect for free without thinking about the cost to you, money doesnt come from no where and I can't imagine how much this has all cost you to get up and running.
