My heart has been heavy all day with the loss of yet another brother in the BCFD. This has been one of the roughest years since I’ve been on the job. Rest Easy Captain Workman. We have it from here brother. 😞

@GPM018 My starting academy salary was 44,000 and it when up upon graduation. 22/hr is still low in my opinion. I figured they would be more competitive with Montgomery, Howard, Frederick and PG.
