Sadly, this is far from the truth, It's still 2 weeks and then the trench, prove me wrong. AWOL still all-time high, I have seen it personnel, officers still steal money from the troops, why ? But we forget of the help that was provided, by many Foreign instructors that came and are still in country, but we don't thank them, as you said, don't need them or anyone else just the money.
