The real trick to blocking these is to use AI to determine robocalls, as opposed to relying on crowd sourcing or government lists. @scout

We will be performing maintenance on FireRTC tomorrow morning (September 6). As a result the site may be slow to respond at times, and recordings may not work properly. We expect the maintenance to take a short time, and normal operations to resume around noon, New York time.
@AniQuilattiOnYT Please report any issues on https://t.co/hhONcUH53q
Also, please give a more robust description of the issue you are facing so we can assist.
@insanefire10 That's not how that works. If you cannot make a call for a few hours, it's something else. Please join us on https://t.co/hhONcUH53q to discuss.
Keep in mind that the best way to hurt scammers is to keep them on the phone for a long time and to use a toll free number if they have one (they pay per minute for those). Using call flooders is weak-sauce.
@deeveeaar Calls often get blocked at the carrier level, and don't reach their intended targets or cost them money. Keeping a scammer on the line for 30 minutes not only costs the company money, but removes the monetary incentive for the actual agent.
@Itz_Sable The check was probably lost in the mail, but we have not received any payments from this individual. He sure seems to love using our network, breaking our TOS, and then charging people for it.
