@MrCotton4 @LondonFire @LondonFBU He was a fireman when he sadly lost his life. Fireman Sam started at a time it was his job title. 2018 no one has fireman as job title, it’s firefighter. Fireman Sam still continues to make programmes in 2018. It should change. Really not difficult

@theuncle73 @guypeds I’m nothing to do with it except someone who can see the need for the campaign. How do you think the fire service can run without support staff to assist. No firefighters get paid without finance or leave booked without HR. What makes you think they are bemused?

@theuncle73 @guypeds The ‘civvy’ arm has far been untouched by huge cuts to London Fire Brigade but you won’t here about that as it isn’t newsworthy. No firefighters were compulsory made redundant the same can not be said for others who unable the ops side to be run day in day out.
