Rescuers and police evacuated nearly 50 children after a Russian drone struck their kindergarten in Kharkiv on the morning of October 22.

Tiny hands clung to those protecting them, while emergency workers contained the blaze. One person was killed, and at least seven others were injured.

Absolutely no justification exists for attacking children. Ceasefire must come before any negotiations – discussions under strikes like this are impossible.

Stopping terrorists requires coordinated actions and strong sanctions from the EU, the U.S., the G7, and all partners committed to peace. The world must respond – immediately.

Russian forces deliberately struck Ukrainian emergency responders in double-tap attack in Nikopol.

On 16 July, Russian drone first hit a cargo truck and then targeted the rescue workers who arrived to help, injuring three of them. Two civilians were also injured.

Since Russia's full-scale invasion began in 2022, 105 emergency service workers have been killed and 502 injured.

Sumy. A terrorist strike by russia against a peaceful Ukrainian city.

This morning, russia launched a ballistic missile attack on the center of Sumy. Civilians were killed and injured. Sincere condolences to the families of those who became victims of this strike.

It happened on Palm Sunday, as people were on their way to church. The strike on civilians was deliberate and insidious. This was no accident — it was terror.

The world must respond. Ukrainian lives depend on the determination of our allies.
