6. I’m so grateful to be walking the spiritual path that has given me the tools to work through it and let it go. My anger was deep and palpable.
Don’t be afraid of your anger, get to the root of it and the let it go.

1. IT’OK TO BE ANGRY it’s what you do with that anger that matters. So much is happening in the world and anger can seep in or bombard our soul.

5. The key is to process your anger appropriately and not let it spill out uncontrollably so it hurts others or gets you into trouble.
Yesterday I realised how angry I was. About so many things. The state of the world, politicians, injustice and personal matters.
