Raben is powered by our people.
That’s why we’re thrilled to be welcoming Brad Bauman to our team!
Brad is joining us as a principal in our communications practice and brings over 23 years of progressive comms experience to the team.
Welcome to Raben, Brad!
Fireside comms staff from entry-level to senior leaders are all excellent at what they do, and a lot of great folks are now looking for work. I was glad to work alongside them for two years. I'm happy to make connections — hire them!
Working in the progressive space is hard and unpredictable and sometimes thankless work. To a degree, that's what we sign up for. What we don't sign up for and cannot accept is mismanagement, broken promises, and flagrant violations of our contracts. Shame on Fireside.
This hurts my heart. I was on this team & affected by the March layoffs. While there, it was my responsibility to handle hiring for the digital team. It remained our collective goal to hire folks from all walks of life. I was proud to stand by these folks. We all deserved more.
My fellow CWG workers who've been laid off from Fireside Campaigns deserved far better from that company's ownership — and still do. Fireside owners should be ashamed to call themselves progressive after what they've done to their talented, diverse, and dedicated staff.
