What is the procedure if you register and vote without identification? You vote with a provisional ballot. How does anyone verify your address if you don't live anywhere? What if you "move" from one non-residential address location to another?

Remember when a Tukwila church was hosting migrants from around the world? The "contributions" from WA State taxpayers? Bussing the migrants to the airport motel?

One of the largest immigration law firms in the United States just shut down permanently

The firm handled over 80,000 clients and helped them get visas into America

The firm was caught fraudulently claiming abuse was taking place against foreigners in their home countries to qualify them for visas to be imported into America

Alexandra Lozano was a high-profile immigration attorney based in Tukwila, Washington, built one of the largest immigration law firms in the United States

They handled cases for

- VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) for victims of domestic violence
- U visas for crime victims
- T visas for human trafficking victims

But it was fake

They’ve been accused in federal court for fraudulent practices, including fabricating or exaggerating abuse claims in affidavits, filing ineligible applications and pressuring clients to sign blank documents

Lozano permanently resigned her Washington law license in late May 2026 to avoid disciplinary action by the Washington State Bar Association

Now imagine this same fraud nationwide

@AAGDhillon Individual voter fraud is not a huge problem compared to election systems designed by criminals to facilitate election fraud.

Please stop falling for the "voter fraud" claim. It's a winner for the real fraudsters because the statistics are on their side.

Does it really matter whether elections California, Oregon and #WA State are legal or fraudulent? They no longer serve their intended purpose. They fail to provide legitimate, capable governance.

No election justifies anarcho-tyranny, replacement migration, weaponized migration and predatory taxation or forcing taxpayers to fund blight, degeneracy, drug addiction and human trafficking.

Plan for change. Plan for a reset. Plan for parallel support communities to ride out the collapse of failed states.

I noticed that Patty Murray and other officials were using "voter fraud" in their posts about election deniers. Statistics are on their side.
So I asked @ Grok for "a short explanation of the difference between voter fraud and election fraud that I can quote in social media comments."

Voter fraud involves illegal actions by individual voters, such as voting when ineligible, voting more than once, or impersonating another voter. It is typically limited in scale and targets a single vote or a small number of votes.

Election fraud is broader and involves systemic manipulation of the election process itself—such as tampering with ballot counts, altering tabulation systems, coercing election officials, or rigging results on a larger scale. It can occur with or without individual voter fraud. In short: Voter fraud is about fake or illegal votes; election fraud is about corrupting the election outcome.

There are 2 distinct sets of tasks - setting up functioning governments and dealing with the individuals and organizations responsible for failed states. Most social media energy goes into demanding retribution. I haven't had much luck locating people or groups interested in the transition or reset which may require short term interim governments.

Election fraud or voter fraud? I agree with Vance about INDIVIDUAL voter fraud being rare and unlikely to change the outcome of any election. However, the #WA State election system is designed to enable election fraud.

Picture a giant systems flow chart with every input and output - the default happy path plus all the exceptions. The exceptions are where election fraud has occurred in the past or where it could potentially occur, for example, the witness-attested ballot loophole you mentioned.

Counting unverified provisional ballots is an old-time favorite. In the pre-tech era, it involved bussing "voters" to precincts where they were not registered to intentionally generate provisional ballots to be added after election day. This happened in the 2000 election in WA State. Now any number of provisional ballots can be generated during same day registration.

My current favorite is the WA State "never-resided" feature for overseas voters using UOCAVA ( Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act). Verification is primarily self-attestation. Paper ballots mailed anywhere in the world or an electronic option. How could anyone have confidence in a system that allows a person who never resided in WA State to vote from anywhere in the world?

Election fraud is significant in #WA State and has been for a long time. I learned about it when I was a volunteer observer for a candidate in the 2000 (not a typo) election. The real experts trace rigged WA elections back to the mid 80s. The tools and techniques used in the sketchy election trade are well documented. Most have been legalized in WA.

The current election system in WA is working as designed to keep the ruling party in power. Stopping ballot collection on election day might allow a few opposition candidates to win.

@ZarkFiles Everyone who purchases an alcoholic beverage at a QFC (Kroger) supermarket in #WA State has their driver license or official state id scanned. Add whatever voter info is needed to state id and scan it. Keep in simple - like buying a 6-pack.

Important topic. Most governance and affordability problems in #WA State are the result of very profitable arrangements between governments and their non-profit partners.

Too many people believe that all non-profits are charities. Calmly stating that non-profit is a type of business entity is something almost anyone can do without getting cancelled. Encourage doubters to check publicly available Form 990s listing salaries and assets like commercial real estate.

Many local non-profits are in the real estate biz and use volunteer labor to enhance and maintain their properties. Some of their properties were purchased by taxpayers and transferred to the non-profit by local governments. Many "concerned citizens" at government meetings AND elected officials are non-profit employees.

They can set the tolerance at whatever they want.

- They can change it per batch or location.

- They can subject it to algorithms.

- And they can adjust the accept/reject data field after the fact.

- This vulnerability is as bad as the risks of electronic voting machines.

- And this also affects signature matching for initiatives and candidate qualification.

My first database - dBase on an IBM PC in the 80s. A blank, dark screen with a single white dot in the lower left corner. I created a bill of materials system for a department of multinational. Their IT department spent millions attempting create a similar system on their big iron. They failed.

Moving from votes to "ballots" resembles in some ways moving from the gold standard to fiat currency. The ballot becomes more of an object in itself than a receipt for an underlying thing that's intrinsically valuable. A free-floating abstraction in an increasingly abstract game.
